Site Preparation

For Landscaping Packages in Madox Estate, One71, Osprey Waters, Madora Bay, Florida Beach

Before Building

RETICULATION PRE LAYS

Ask your builder to lay a 90mm pipe under your driveway for future reticulation. This is normally a requirement by the land developer and should be included in your building contract and house plans. This pipe should only be used for reticulation - no other cables such as NBN should be run through this sleeve. For more information see Reticulation Pre Lay page.

IMPORTANT

Before having any paving/ concreting/ decking/ etc laid please install reticulation pre lays underneath. Your paver/concreter should be able to do this for you. Please don't let them tell you it is the landscapers job as by the time we come to do your landscaping it will be too late to install a reticulation pre lay as the paving/concrete will already be laid. Reticulation pre lays are the property owners responsibility so please make sure to have them installed prior to any paving or concreting. If you are not sure if you need pre lays or where they shoud go you can always phone us and we will let you know what to do. One quick phone call can save you a lot of headaches and extra expense.

Once you have handover please contact your land developer and inform them that you are ready to proceed with your landscaping. The land developer will send us a purchase order and give us permission to contact you to discuss your landscaping.

COMPLETE ANY HARD SCAPES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR LANDSCAPING PACKAGE
